My therapist Samantha is very knowledgeable and professional. She is very nice and respectful (I’m 73) and gives me good service and ideas. I have been getting massage 3 times a month for 20 years and recently moved to PBG. She is as good as any and better than 90%. I told her what I was looking for and she delivers. The “value” is excellent. I think the recommded gratuity should be displayed more obviously.
