I immediately noticed beautiful water sounds when I came into the spa. It was very relaxing. The smell of the waiting area was very noticeable to me. It was lovely. I needed to fill out an additional form and the person that gave me my massage did not try to hurry me. The entire experience was fantastic. Additionally, I appreciate the survey. It shows me that you are interested in providing an exceptional service. It’s working!

I was skeptical about going for my massage since I figured the massage would not be specialized for my specific needs. I was totally wrong about this. And although I walked in with absolutely no intentions of becoming a member, after my massage I did join. I already have my next massage scheduled.

Always pleased with availability of massage appointments and the value! Usually get great therapists, I think this time she was tired as it was late in the afternoon. I felt like parts of my body were missed and not same technique on opposite sides and her nails were sharp.

The waiting area is clean and relaxing. Staff were all polite. My massage therapist, Sam, is wonderful!
