It’s clear the person who owns and the people who run this particular franchise and it’s employees, have a complete understanding of how to satisfy the customer and do it with as little effort on behalf of the customer. Watch out the other guys. This is a breakthrough.

As always, Hand & Stone was professional, beautiful, clean and my facialist, Soraia, is a dream. Love the new location in Palm Beach Gardens.

Though I arrived late for my appointment, my massage therapist gave her best efforts to give me a full massage, though slightly shorter in time. I did not feel that the massage was "missing" anything despite my lateness. She was friendly and professional, and I enjoyed the experience.

Heather was very knowledgeable about trigger points and knew how to recognize them when she felt them. I really was satisfied with the amount of pressure she applied. She had a very good feel for just the right amount, not too little and not too much. I will ask for her the next time I schedule a massage.

Everyone who works there is very warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in. A great atmosphere to go to when you get off work and just want to relax! I immediately felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands. Janice waxed my whole face. She’s a perfectionist! I love my eyebrows!
