My therapist did not show up to work and the receptionists made sure I was taken care of in a very nice manner.

Very nice service overall. We received our services at a steep discount due to the promotion, which was nice. The waiting area had nice ambiance, but a separate waiting area (away from the front desk) would be even nicer. The location did not appear to have the space for it though. Still a great experience overall.

The anticipation of the grand opening was well worth the wait. Everyone was very attentive to the customers needs and concerns . Hand and Spa is a retreat away from home. No other place can compete.

Beautiful, clean facility. Samantha was happy, enthuastic and very caring! She not only have an excellent massage- she showed me some stretches that will help relieve my pain. Awesome!

Everything was great soon as I walked in and my Masseuse Nicki pressure was right on and when I walked out was dealing great ready to start my day!

The buy one get one offer is misleading. Tried charging me 3 times for the complimentary one and then on the one i paid for i was told i have to pay 60 additional dollars even though it's been paid for. That is a deceptive maneuver, while I understand business needs to make money that is a very misleading approach to this. Once my other one is done the likelihood of me returning is very slim. Overall service was good but the struggle to check out was not enjoyable. I felt there was added pressure to buy into a membership which I told them I wouldn't need.
