Relax! Just because I wasn't "highly satisfied" doesn't mean I didn't enjoy it, or I won't return.

I did not feel the 'foot treatment' upgrade was worth the value. $15.00 t just get a scrub on the top of my foot, with no extra time added for massage

I wish I could have one hour massage instead of 45 minutes…

I’m ok with the program lately I feel that I can’t afford the program. I’m not getting real value.

Should facial get better it’s only cream and facial massage. And if you want to add something too expensive

my therapist was great I just feel they are rushed

I wish they had a few different music options for the guests in the room. Some of the music that is played is just noises and it’s hard for me to relax. Also sometimes the music is too quiet. I know it’s just personal preference tho which is why I think a couple of options could be nice.

Reception could be more welcoming and explain points.

i answered satisfied with many questions asked. in order for me to give a salon/spa HS it would have to be an unbelievable visit at any salon location.
