Just a few issues I’ve had with payment and how the rewards are applied. I was once rescheduled 3 times for an appt and was told over the phone that they were adding on a facial for the issues, but after my appt I was charged for both services which had been misleading for me. A 2nd time, I was told I could use my rewards for an upgrade, but when I paid afterwards, I was told I couldn’t use my points and ended up having to pay out of pocket. If things were better streamlined/explained ahead of time, these would be a non-issue. Also, this isn’t a make or break item, but it would be nice if there were maybe a couple music options that the guest could choose from in the rooms.

Usually start a few minutes late and end a few minutes early.

i have had several massages at spas before and when i’ve added the scald treatment they actually touched my scalp. this was only essential oil not rubbed just traced along my hairline which was definitely not worth paying for. if this is the way you do this then you should note that it is not massaged into your scalp. my hair was in a pony tail the entire time other then that the massage was very good

I got an introductory price of $69.99 which was fine. But if I didn't sign up to be a member the next time my price would be $129.00. It is definitely not worth that price.

I’ve been with this Massage therapist twice this year. Massages are perfunctory and though she says, “you know yourself,” it seems as though she wishes I would change my preferences.

It’s not a high end spa experience. The spa feels a little tired and not fresh.

I asked for my pressure- he said I should book a deep tissue. He really was not applying much pressure at all- almost timid. Not what I was expecting or wanted.

I dislike when I don’t get my full hour my last session the esthetician was done 10 min earlier also lat month I was charged double, after using one of my packages, and I called the manager and hasn’t been corrected,for the length of time I been going I don’t get any special deals and I spent lots of money and go to this particular location every month and I don’t get any extras or good deals on additional add on”s. My birthday was in June and I got the double charged nothing from you guys, I’m seriously thinking about changing to another place since my last esthetician Catherine left it’s not the same she really care about the customer and the service she level of service she provided.

I need a more therapeutic approach with a therapist who can press hard enough and knows how to relieve the pain. I know it can be done. I m going to try again.

I enjoy the message and the staff were very nice. No complain at this time. I do go to the one in Orlando a lot, only bc my BFF goes with me. Thx.
