I dislike when I don’t get my full hour my last session the esthetician was done 10 min earlier also lat month I was charged double, after using one of my packages, and I called the manager and hasn’t been corrected,for the length of time I been going I don’t get any special deals and I spent lots of money and go to this particular location every month and I don’t get any extras or good deals on additional add on”s. My birthday was in June and I got the double charged nothing from you guys, I’m seriously thinking about changing to another place since my last esthetician Catherine left it’s not the same she really care about the customer and the service she level of service she provided.

I need a more therapeutic approach with a therapist who can press hard enough and knows how to relieve the pain. I know it can be done. I m going to try again.

I enjoy the message and the staff were very nice. No complain at this time. I do go to the one in Orlando a lot, only bc my BFF goes with me. Thx.

Massage was 50 minutes not an hour. Appt was 7 minutes late

My massage with Ivy was wonderful. My facial with ? was not. No massage during mask and she added an upgrade I did not ask for.

I was highly satisfied with this location, the. I feel your prices are high and an added 20 percent tip is too much.

The experience was relaxing and calming. The products used did not bother my allergies. My skin felt smoother and lighter.

My therapist Marian was amazing. The only feedback I would give is for her to enter into your energy field/body much more gently. She is super strong which is great, however, initial touch in each area was always very jarring, jerky, and unsettling. I love a strong massage but not so abrupt and fast when starting in to touch the body. Perhaps a little more slow, conscious, and sensitive energy whenever making initial contact with each area or even when sliding the bolster under the legs first thing. For example; I would be in deep relaxation and then when she'd shift areas I'd be jerked out of it. If she changes this she will be phenomenal!

I was billed incorrectly then she says she corrected the bill but I did not receive a receipt and I feel I was still overcharged $10 but since I didn’t get a receipt I don’t know. Very stressful after my massage. Maybe payment should be discussed prior to the massage
