It takes a lot to make me highly satisfied.

I've had a few bad experiences with the person in charge of the massage and they always start late so my massage time is shortened

My aesthetician was super lovely, however, she talked the entire time. Next time I will communicate I would like silence.

I am always highly satisfied with my massage services. I think sometimes the front staff can be a bit unprofessional. Whispering to each other in front of guests, talking about personal stuff at the front.

I think the upgrades are very over priced.

I received a scalp massage during my facial and again during my deep tissue massage. I don’t care for scalp massages or getting my hair full of oils. Maybe they could ask before they do that as it was not something I’d ever received in my 50+ visits and it happened twice that day. Otherwise great experience as always!

I think the tipping policy/culture is exaggerated. The price of the service should cover excellent service and the estheticians should be compensated by the employer instead of expecting the customer to support their wages.

There's really only a couple of things, ONE, the break room was a little noisy today and it bled down the hall and through the door during the massage. My therapist got up to say something to the people in the break room making a racket, talking loudly etc. Lastly, I make a ton of referrals to your establishment as a Chiropractic physician, I would say at least 10-12 of my patients have become your clients but I cannot think of any patients that I have that have been referred to me by Hand & Stone. I have given your employees discount vouchers, cards, swag bags and the like to keep a good return business street open both ways, to no avail it seems. This is disheartening to me as it appears things have to be "corporate approved" in order for me to be able to take care of patients complaining of headache/migraine, burning shooting pain down arms or legs which usually indicate problems with discs or nerves in the neck/low back that I can help with as a Chiropractor. I have had beneficial relationships in the past with other massage places and/or Stretch Zones but I can't seem to get any patients from your PBG office as referrals. Guess I may have start sending patients elsewhere

I didn't like feeling pressured into signing up for the membership nor did I like the signs all over stating how much gratuity should be added.
