I didn't like feeling pressured into signing up for the membership nor did I like the signs all over stating how much gratuity should be added.

When I called Wellington location. Package options confusing plus we needed to pay $10 per package for spouse to use which was the first time hearing of this fee. After, I finished packages, most likely cancel the membership.

For my past two visits (one facial and one massage) I specifically asked them to wear a mask, and they didn't. I could feel their breath on my face. I hate that!

Felt like I didn't get the entire time allotted for my massage. Would have liked less conversation so I could concentrate on the experience.

I did not like the up-selling and the immediate post appointment push to join. It ruined the nice relaxing vibe from the appointment.

My current appointment was great and usually are always great. I was disappointed about another situation. I bought a gift card for my husband for our anniversary and requested and made an appointment with a specific women. When he showed up for the appointment they gave him someone else with out any calls. I am not pleased and would like him to have an opportunity to go to the women I scheduled the appointment with this time.

I’m usually asked about any additional sevices like waxiing. But she failed to ask so I left it alone. I did need waxing my eyebrows and lip

the overall massage was great. Amy was amazing and i will be returning to her. The ambiance of the reception area was poor. The staff was talking about one of their bf's coming in to get massaged, and just being super chatty. A curse word or two was used.
