Massage therapist was thorough and I felt totally relaxed afterwards.

This was the first massage I’ve had in a while. I wanted an all over massage. Too much time was given to one or two areas and I maybe got a minute or two on legs and arms. I’m also not a fan of the elbow.

I thought I was giving a pretty good rating. They were great.

It felt like the massage ended a few minutes early (I think it is supposed to be 50 minutes?, ended at about 43 minutes). We are still in a pandemic so I would prefer mask wearing all the time. The receptionists did wear at all.

Hand and Stone provides good value for the basic massages. The reception area and massage rooms are clean and kept at a good temperature. Staff is professional and helpful

The staff at the location were very nice and hospitable While I waited, the issue was the massage therapist was an hour late to the appointment. I had certain services booked, and at the start of the appointment seemed to try and talk me out the services I wanted done because she didn’t want to do them. She was unprepared for the appointment and made it seem like a chore to be there. The other staff were super nice, checked in frequently with me to make sure I was comfortable. The manager was customer obsessed and made things right by offering a facial service on the house due to the therapist not keeping up with her schedule.

After having told the receptionist my Mom sister and i met the qualifications for the spin the wheel, she said you should have spun it before your visit and there's nothing she could do. I spun it for fun and landed on a %off or products which my Mom could have used, but she did not honor it. Definitely came off as very unfriendly. I feel the people(receptionists) at that location are stingy and stuck up. Have had many unpleasant experiences with them there, but this last experience is the cherry on top of the cake. Definitely considering other message places and locations as a result.

Hard to get appts..always booked up.. hard for working people. My massage therapist left in boyton beach. Palm beach gardens, last month i showed up to be told the massage therapist called on so i drove 25 minutes for nothing
