Hand and Stone

Overall my experience with Hand & Stone has been favorable. But, I've been a member for a long time and lately it seems difficult to schedule workable appointment times and it seems like upgrading is the only way to get a fully satisfying massage or facial.

It was difficult communicating with my massage therapist -- her first language was NOT English. She was very skilled, however, and I would request her again.

I was suppose to have a different therapist. I specifically asked for her. When I arrived I was scheduled with someone else. The one they gave me had an attitude saying if you don't want me that's fine. I can't ever get an appointment when I call. Nothing is available but you continue to sign up more and more people. It's every location. If I need a massage I don't want to have to wait a week.

The appointment did not start on time. The appointment was less than one hour.

Ambiance of massage rooms. Needs a refresh . The waiting room was extremely cold. The massage room was cold but the bed Warner helped .

I really needed for her to focus more on cleansing out my skin than talking so much. I also want to enjoy some quiet time while the esthetician focuses

I orginallh booked for the inductors facial to find out when I was finished that it was $40 dollars extra as I got add ons, I was not aware of this during the facial

Very difficult to make an appointment short term when you know that you want or need a massage, need to book at least a week out. Also, company cancelled my previous appt the week before. I am hoping the new location will be better when it opens.

I think my esthetician was phenomenal. I truly appreciated her and look forward to setting up an appointment with her again. The staff up front was fine, but they could’ve communicated about the wait and process better.

My mom booked the appointment together for us to both have 1.5 hour massages at 4:30. At 3:07 I get a call that they overbooked and can’t accommodate me at 4:30 and I would have to do a 50 minute at 5:00. It was inconvenient since we were driving and planning to do this together.
