Hand and Stone

My first appointment was messed up.

I booked two add-ons, aromatherapy and hot stone hand and feet massage; I received neither. When I mentioned to the receptionist she just said she'd delete it and not charge. There was no explanation as to why these weren't included and no apology.

I had to wait several days to get an appt and the day of the appt the therapist called in and said she wasnt coming in so it was cancelled. I like a firm massage and the therapist that I did eventually get was not firm. She was nice and I have no complaints about her but overall the experience was less than usual.

Therapist was awesome, but could have gone a bit firmer with the pressure. Have booked another appt. to see how it goes. Most of the staff was warm & inviting.

For the past two visits I have had difficulty checking out regarding points, gift cards, or available promotions that are unclear for future bookings.

My therapist was coughing sneezing and sniffing a lot had me concerned other that it was fine

Everyone and everything has been great! Except for my last visit on 2/12/22. My appt was at 10am it didn't start until 10:10am which is no problem IF I get my full hour's worth (I didn't) she was quiet and friendly but the music was blasting through her headphones throughout the massage when I asked a question she couldn't hear me. I was asked if I wanted "hot stones for my muscles" I said yes. When checking out at reception, I realized the most expensive stone was used (Himalayan) I have no problem paying extra if it's MY choice, not to have the most expensive stone chosen for me. My other massage therapists at this location have ALWAYS confirmed with me prior.

My appointment was late in the day and it felt like he was just going through the motions to get the massage done. It felt very regimented and not concentrated. I have had this therapist many times before and this was definitely not his best.

I did not enjoy the massage. Did not get the toxins out of my neck and back.

I think I would have liked knowing what she was doing during the facial.
