I was charged an extra $10 for “ time” . I used two packages for a 11/2 hour massage with cbd oil. I was called in at 5 after 9 and left at 10:30 and was charged an extra $10. $130 for a 1 and 1/2 hour massage??????? Not right

Hearing the voices and the doors shutting in the hallways is distracting and rude to other clients.

Was disappointed in the raise in the monthly cost. Also there were several times that I was unable to make an appointment when I wanted due to your not having enough staff. I go to either the Boynton Beach spa or Palm Beach Gardens. Mostly unhappy with the price increase.

My last therapist was awesome. The other two were not. I felt rushed as if they were counting down the minutes and the stroke pattern was fast. As if I were on an assembly line.

Lack of massage appointments. It’s getting harder to book appointments.

Not sure my massage therapist understood what I meant when I said the planter area of my feet hurt, because he never touched my instep of my feet and never touch my feet without the cover on thrm

Too expensive. Room too bright. No quiet transition space.

My masseuse was very talkative during the first 30-35 minutes that I was not able to relax during most of my massage. I am use to receiving my upgrade enhancement smell at the beginning of my massage, and it wasn’t until I was half way through my massage that I was finally offered it. I would not request my masseuse again.

I would’ve liked more pressure on my body I would’ve like my feet to have been rubbed and I just wipe down with a towel and not once did she ask if she wanted more pressure or less pressure not to say she wasn’t nice and she started on my legs instead of my back which I thought was odd but maybe that’s how she does it I don’t know

Bathroom wasn’t clean The toilet seat was dirty
