I upgraded my service but do not think that the time and treatment of less than one hour was worth the $200 charge. I was supposed to get the service I booked then the upgrade got $90. I think all I got was the upgrade treatment.

Highly Satisfied to me means the epitome of service and where everything was fine the idle chit chatting by staff interfered with my zen and stopped me from rating HS

The most recent experience with Katia was okay. My regular therapist, Shani, no longer works there. She was fabulous. The massage I had before this, with Amy, was the worst experience I have ever had. The therapist seemed to fall asleep in the middle of the massage. She did not do what I asked. She made me feel VERY uncomfortable.

My therapist was very nice, didn’t talk too much which is great, had good touch and listened to my requests. What I didn’t like was her transition from one body part to the next and turning me. She’s a bit aggressive in her approach and yanks on sheet

It was perfectly fine. It just wasn't exceptional. Nothing can be exceptional all the time.

Massage was just average. Did not really address my neck or upper body needs.

An appointment was scheduled and when I showed up I learned they had me down for the wrong day. I am 100% positive it was not my error. No form of compensation was offered for their mistake. In order to get an appointment I had to change my schedule to accommodate.

Still grieving that you did not do all you couls to keep Shani Huge loss

I was satisfied with my service. My facial was probably one of the best I have ever had there. I will definitely book her again!

I tried originally to book appointment online, could not access account, selected forgotten password, no email was received in (inbox, spam or other), tried to reach out via contact page no response from corporate or branch. Tried phoning branch was placed on hold for over 10 minutes at which point I had to get back to work. I had to go into branch to schedule which is 30 minutes from work and over an hour away from home.
