The front area is always clean, the ladies at the front desk are very nice and helpful. Allie was friendly and knowledgeable. The bathrooms are always clean and smell nice.

Most of my experience is great, the only thing that is confusing is trying to use the app to make appointments can't tell if it's using my points or if I have to pay and i get emails about upgrades but can't figure out how to apply those either.

I love the membership, it gives me a reason to pamper myself with a facial or massage. Please offer more incentives to book or up my massage

Times were agreeable with my schedule. Very easy to schedule appointment. I do not however like how your credit card is kept on file.

Alllie, my esthetician does an excellent job in making me feel comfortable and relaxed. She carefully examines my skin and thoughtfully reports her findings. She is highly skilled and professional.

Robert always gives a Great massage. I travel to this Hand and Stone because of Robert. I have a Hand and Stone 2 miles from my house, but am willing to drive to have my massage by Robert. The front of the house staff does not seem to know what is going on. I tried to use points for my facial but she didn’t know how to do it. I also specified I wanted to use gift cards for my husband’s facial and massage, but, she went ahead and used his monthly.

The receptionist was very nice and even offered me a cup of water upon entry. My therapist was very good, knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable.
