Erika is a really great massage therapist. She goes in and makes a point to work on the problem areas I have. She also has really great massage techniques that helped me with alleviating pain.

Massages were highly relaxing and massage therapist listened to my bodies needs and met them well. Room lighting, music, and overall feel was truly relaxing and was able to clear my mind and almost fell asleep. Reception area also helped set the mood, and everyone is super friendly and welcoming.

The esthetician truly cares and takes the time to evaluate my skin. Taylor is knowledgable about skincare.

I look forward to my massage monthly which is self care for me. My therapist does a wonderful job and always ask which areas of my back she should focus on. I literally relax so well that I fall asleep during my session.
