Robert was amazing and so helpful! He is very knowledgeable and that is unbeatable in a masseuse. The front desk people were also amazing! You could tell they genuinely cared about the clients and wanted to help. I overheard them saying they were so happy someone enjoyed their visit & I thought that was so sweet. When I got out I was considering a membership and the person who helped me (don’t remember the name- colorful hair, very sweet) was great about explaining everything with no pressure. Very very happy!

My masseuse Marian is very good with listening and asking questions prior to the massage. Therefore I am always pleased with her services.

On the intake forms, you asked if I wanted the therapist to wear a mask and I answered yes. She did not. It's okay.

I love the knowledge and professionalism of my esthetician. She addresses any issues I'm having and treats my skins with the best product she thinks will best address the issue.

I always see Justine for my facials. I’m a member and go in once a month. Justine is very knowledgeable and great at what she does. Actually if she were to leave I would follow her.
