As a member, it seems that one should be able to complete the waivers and special instructions when booking online. I would prefer to have my complete time with my therapist (Thomas) versus having to complete waiver forms each time. Thomas always take the time to explain everything to me.

Honestly I don’t feel the questions when you go in the room should be done by the therapist. If it is because of the “button” maybe have a small size massage bed or photo at front desk. Definitely takes away from time talking to therapy before the service.

It was my first experience at a spa. My masseuse went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire facial.

Massage therapist was amazing, per usual. She is always very professional and knowledgeable. I trust her to treat any issues I may have with my back. The demonstration of where the emergency button is and having to spend 10 minutes going over different policies I need to sign off on every single time I come in is overkill. I come in once a week, sometimes more often than that. I think it’s pretty ridiculous to have to show clients every single time specially where the emergency button is and going over policies changes. Why can’t I just sign something once a year? It’s a huge waste of my time. My massage therapist did go over every single point on the sheet thoroughly however and showed me specifically where the button was.

Joanna was great. The Front desk girls were very helpful and pleasant.
