I was extremely satisfied with everything but as a recommendation I suggest to keep the full hour of the facial time , I noticed my time was cut short but I love everything about my location

My entire experience at Hand and Stone was wonderful! Thomas, my therapist, was so welcoming and knowledgeable regarding the special needs of a prenatal massage. I was able to get in for a same day appointment, and the front desk staff was great, as well.

Staff was very friendly. Massage was great facial was very relaxing. Both massage therapist and aesthetician were very friendly.

I have been going to H&S for a few years now and I am very satisfied with the staff and therapists that I customarily use. Unfortunately, sometimes I am unable to get appointments at my desired dates & times because they are already booked. I usually have to book 1-2 weeks in advance. Other than that, I am very satisfied.

My therapist took great interest in my well being and asked appropriate questions on how I was feeling and my needs before and during the massage. He was very thorough in applying massage techniques to both address my aches and pains as well as give me a complete and relaxing treatment!
