This was my first visit to Hand and Stone. It had been recommended to me. The process was smooth and the reception was prompt and efficient. Kelly was warm, seemed caring and gave me an excellent massage! She concentrated on the area that I told her I was having problems with. Felt much better afterwards and the following days. (Note: I believe the online intake form is too lengthy and asks too many personal questions. Ask yourselves if you really need all that information for the services).
