My therapist Joanna, was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and was able to relieve some of the pain I was experiencing and allowed me to cue her whether to focus more on the area or move on, which was nice as she recognized that I definitely had some discomfort. She also recommended some stretching exercises for my pain areas.
