I am always greeted warmly by the receptionists and love the feeling I get from your spa. Julie, my esthetician, is one of the best I've ever had. She addressed my dry skin, explained the skin care process and made recommendations. She was on time for my appointment and is always happy to see me. Julie is an asset to Hand & Stone!
