Great service for the money. Good quality massage therapists.

I forgot my gift card but they had it in file and allowed me to use it that day and return another day to hand it in.. very helpful!! I really enjoyed this massage because the add ins were perfect .. scalp and foot!! The massage was perfect pressure and I left feeling satisfied if nit over joyed that it was perfect!!

From the beginning to the end, the customer service I received was amazing. My facial was wonderful and each step was explained to me throughly. I signed up for the membership afterwards because I truly enjoyed the work of Princess as well as my entire experience!

Truthfully it is due to the therapist Sierra. She was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. It is only because of her I will keep my membership and continue to come back. My first experience there was actually for my wife on Valentine's Day and I paid for a Himalayan Salt Stone massage which is not what she received. She only got a basic massage. No stones used of any kind.

My original appointment was cancelled because the therapist called out and nobody could cover it. I live in NJ and services were in FL. My closest HNS to home is difficult to get appointments.

Miranda was amazing, I felt comfortable and relaxed on a day I was very stressed out. She was extremely knowledgeable and nice. They other ladies were trying to hard to sell me a membership when I left but that’s their job so it makes sense. Miranda was great.

The ambience is always relaxing. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. The therapist was amazing and checkout was super easy!
