Shani was one of the best therapist I have had in the past 7 years. Very friendly and was responsive to request. Excellent pressure and concentrated on an area I was having pain in. She also gave me a business card with her hours. This has never happened before at Hand and Stone. The entire reception staff was great from check in to check out.

Justine was very friendly. I appreciate that she made recommendations regarding the type of treatment that would be good for me and my skin, but also that she didn't try to oversell.

Princess was great. It was my first timing booking with her - and it was by far the best facial I’ve had at H&S. My husband and I always get massages from Jackie and Joanna. I am pregnant and cannot have a massage at this time- but as soon as I’m able I will be coming back and booking with Jackie. Such a sweetheart and very professional.

The massage therapist (Joanna) listened to my concerns and is always very accommodating and professional.

Well, i like the therapist, was very attentive to my need. Her pressure was light-medium but the difference is, it was slow that made the relaxation possible... overall, I still like the one i had before but she wasn't available.

Princes listened to all of my concerns. She also took the time to explain everything she was doing. My skin feels and looks amazing.
