Joanne was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will be going to her from now on.She also was extremely clean as the room was sterilized.

Hand and Stone has a very nice ambiance when you walk in as well as in the massage rooms. The receptionists are friendly as well as the massage therapist. I enjoyed both massages I had there and look forward to my next massage there soon.

The therapist was highly knowledgeable and the customer service was exceptional especially during this covid-19 crisis. I will have no problems scheduling an appointment in the near future.

I was skeptical about getting a massage/facial during this pandemic but it was long overdue. The receptionist informed me of their cleaning practices to comply with the CDC guidelines. The massage room was clean and tranquil. Heather, my massage tech asked if I would prefer her to wear gloves. I declined and asked her to wash her hands. Which she did in the room. So I was completely at ease and enjoyed a much needed, very relaxing massage. Very professional staff at Hand & Stone - Gardens. I left there better than I came. Definitely continuing my membership thru the pandemic and beyond. Thanks!
