I like the therapist , the consistency and everything about the spa . I notice a big turnover in front desk staff , however they are all very courteous .

The massage lady explain the difference with the stones and why they might help me. She was concern that the pressure was correct; which it was. She was really nice and told me her schedule.

He inquires about any issues or trouble areas then spends time massaging those areas until I am relieved of the issue. Humberto never rushes me and always values my time from start to finish of each appointment. He has a genuine care of my well being when I am there.
