I wasn't at first. The Pembroke location was hectic/busy, i had been rescheduled/cancelled after arriving on time and burned during a diamond glow. if not for the Miami Lakes location and Claudia, I would have cancelled my membership.

The staff was Great, Michelle helped me set up the appointment, she was super patient and very accommodating. Sophia and Alize greeted me when I arrived and helped me with the products my facialist recommended. Claudia did my facial and she was very gentle and explained everything about my skin, very knowledgeable. I highly recommend, great service by all!! Thank You!

I was 100% satisfied with every aspect of my experience. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness and warmth. I went in because I had very bad pain in my shoulders. I explained this to Hector. He did a magnificent job. He concentrated his efforts in that area. The pain is not completely gone but I can tell you my pain is considerably less. I will be making my next appointment in two weeks.

I absolutely love hand and stone in Miami Lakes. The staff is always very friendly and professional. The massage and facial techs are amazing, love Claudia for facials and Alvaro for massages. Always very clean and smells amazing.
