This location is amazing. From the reception area to the massage therapists, everyone is welcoming and friendly. One massage therapist in particular, Teresa, does an amazing job at listening to my needs and recommending the appropriate additions to my massage experience. I have ended up with other therapists due to scheduling, and they have not followed the same massage standard as Teresa. I do recommend Teresa is compensated for serving as a trainer so that all therapists follow her guidelines for an overall exceptional customer experience.

From the receptionist to the therapist, Domingo, I had a great experience. I will continue to return because of the great service I have gotten. I will continue to recommend Hand & Stone in Miami Lakes and Domingo to friends and family. I look forward to my monthly appointment.
