The customer service from the inception from front desk is amazing. The ease of scheduling the appointment is great. The massage therapist my main go-to at the Miami Lakes location is the best.

I wish my therapist was able to speak English. I don’t think he completely understood my request for more attention to my sore left shoulder that I brought to his attention prior to my massage. Language barrier.
