The receptionist that greeted me at Hand and Stone was very helpful in helping me reschedule in the same day with a certified prenatal therapist. She was very understanding and apologetic. I found it very kind that she gave me a complimentary aromatherapy. If it weren’t for her, I probably would not be coming back. She handled the misunderstanding very well.
