I was visiting the area from another state. From traveling, I wanted a really good back massage. I looked at a couple places online and chose Hand and Stone. The receptionists were extremely helpful before I got there and when I arrived. My massage was great and when I am in the area again, I will definitely return.

From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and welcomed. Very clean waiting room area and massage room. Anaday listened to my concerns with great care and did a phenomenal job getting knots out in my troubled areas!

I got a text to confirm my appointment and I confirmed it. The next day I got a call to confirm my appointment and I confirmed it again. The next day I got another text to confirm my appointment and I confirmed it again for a third time. I don’t think I need to confirm my appointment three times, I believe that one time should be enough. This happens every time I book a massage here. The reception staff and massage therapist were wonderful and I will be back. Just the confirmation system is a little much. Thanks!
