My experienced with massages and facials are usually phenomenal. The membership is worth every penny. However my last facial was not up to par with the quality of service Im used to receiving. The esthetician was careless, critical & walked out twice. Once to get cold stones and another time she didn’t say. I got soap in my eyes and my nose piercing got yanked so much it came off. I wasn’t happy with this person. I will not be booking any more facials with her.

My massage therapist is the best ever to touch my body, my good she’s so nice and hits all pressure and make me relax.. I love her and appreciate her so much, and my mom loves her too..
