I have been going for 2 years. The staff has always been very kind and professional. The only feedback I would give is sometimes the prior massage runs over into my massage time. I will continue to go to this location.

They are very nice at the receptionist part through the massage therapist and checking out I love the place

The two receptionist on the day of my visit were excellent and extremely professional. I was made aware the day before my visit to confirm my visit for Jan 24 a former friend lied and said she was my sister and was allowed to use my services without my knowledge. The staff the checked her in never called me to approve her visit. I was very disappointed that protocol had not been followed. The receptionist staff informed me on the day of my visit at my request all of the visits this former friend who claimed to be my sister was able to book and be provided service without my approval. I thank the staff for that information. Overall, Domingo was great and the receptionist staff on the day of my visit were great as well. Protocol and policy and procedure needs to be reinforced through continued education. Reprimands need to be given to staff that do not follow protocol, policy and procedure.
