I love Harrahs. They won me over from Tropicana many years ago and has been my home away from home ever since. I will continue to patronize this establishment even after being unfairly let go from the employ of Caesars Entertainment. There is only one small point of constructive criticism I would like to mention. I was very much enjoying my time at The Pool when right smack in the middle of the day someone decided it was time for an aquatics class. How awful! The entire atmosphere was ruined. The music stopped being pumped through the facility, people got out of the pool. Many patrons left the area altogether. Then, the teacher of the class began playing a horrible playlist on some second rate speaker. As I said before, I've been coming here for years. I attended the aquatics class when it was held first thing in the morning. That is most definitely the more appropriate time. No one wants to get up from a place of relaxation and indulgence to now do water exercises. Please observe and think about making changes to this major "buzz kill".
