We were greeted by a salesperson when we walked into the store. She helped me pick out a new bracelet, added my old charms as well as my new charm to it. I had a very good experience & will definitely go back to this store.

As soon as the store opened there were a couple shoppers along with myself in the store. The staff helped me as quickly as they could, and were very professional. The young woman who cashed me out was new and she was very friendly and did an excellent job.

The store was very clean and perfectly lit to show the beauty of the jewelry. We were greeted by an associate as soon as we walked in. The product we wanted was available in store, and the associate took time to show us the product and had them boxed in attractive gift boxes.
