Got everything I needed

They given out good discount and reasonable prices. Hopefully they will send me $10 for next purchase but not like reaching to another $100.

The wait was a little longer than expected but everything esle was good.

I cannot find anything that really peak my interest when looking for charms.

The selection of products could have been better. The options were slim as far as non character charms.

It was a holiday so it took a long time to be waited on. It would have been nice if there were enough employees to provide assistance outside the store to take orders for people to place orders and pick up what they needed or if they could have answered the phone so you could place a order and just pick up. I was not holiday shopping or looking, I was sale shopping and it ended that day and that was a problem.

The sales associate wasn’t very nice and she originally didn’t want to serve me. Additionally, she struggled to find the item I was looking for and wasn’t very polite when checking me out.

I waited in line for one hour and twenty minutes to get inside of the store. Once inside, I felt somewhat rushed by the sales associate. It was inconsiderate when I waited so long to get inside.

Sales associate wasn’t in the best mood and she took her time when we first entered.

I was very satisfied with the store and employees. You need to have more sizes available. The jewel is gorgeous. I wish you offer discounts or offers to customers.
