Because some of what I purchased should have been apart of the bracelet. Although I would like more charms to complete my bracelet (in the future) I will have to purchase other forms of supports to keep them on the bracelet.

The sales personnel was cordial and professional in assisting us in selecting a bracelet.

The sales associate seemed as if she was in a hurry I felt rushed

Sales associate provided service without consultation of service. Sales associate did not return charms to bracelet the way it was prior. Just minor things that curved the visit from highly satisfied.

Staff was fine, no problems. Wish there were regular choices of color glass charms-murano charms. Use to have orange, red, blue etc.

Uncomfortable. Some customers were not wearing mask eventhough a sign was posted.

Everything was great ,they didn’t have a lot of staff but they work and took their time with each customer

I was hoping to find a charm to wear for cancer and a medical alert of which you don’t carry.
