The sales associate seemed a bit paranoid and on the edge. I would ask certain questions which she didn't respond to because she was constantly walking away or looking over her shoulder. I figured she may of thought someone was stealing or something.

I was restricted from looking at actual products and made to stand in one spot and look at a book instead because of covid precautions. While the charm that i wanted was available and staff was friendly and professional, it did give a negative vibe to the visit. While I was viewing the book, the sales associate that was helping me had a family stop by that she knew and they did not have to stay in one area, practice social distancing, or anything. She took her time visiting with them and I had to interrupt her several times to ask for assistance with the charm I wanted.

There was nothing wrong with my visit I was just not highly satisfied it was a satisfying experience

The people took time ask me if I need help when on person walk in they took her first I had to ask for help!!

No personable at all. Did not say hello, was told not to move at all. I could look through a book. Not allowed to look at merchandise on display.

Lisa who was assisting me was very very helpful. She taught me things I need to look into when I go to complete my bracelet. When I purchase a new charm she removed my charms and arrange them in a better format that I am very please with.

There was a ring in store that they did not have my size in. The ring was really beautiful.

Ridiculous to make me stand in one place. I am smart enough to know how to socially distance myself from other people.Only able to look at products from a book. How many germs were on the pages of the book? You cannot tell what the merchandise looks like very well from the book.
