The line is always long and the sale associates take there time when calling the next customer into the store. The charms are always out of stock.

I’m satisfied with the store and the service I guess it’s my fault that they were out some of the items I wonted should have did it on line but all and all I’m satisfied.

The prices of the products are expensive and prevents you from buying more pieces. The availability of lower priced items are always sold out. The lack of diversity for people of color and other professions besides teachers and nurses.

Asked Rep bout bracelets on sale $55 that I saw in store. She stated it probably a charm. Never walked over to confirm. I get home look on line bracelet definitely $55 :(

They were just out of a lot of charms. I was trying to look at something in a showcase but couldn't because you can't walk around. Which is understandable but I wasn't happy. Third I didn't know until I checked out that all my charms what's buy two get on free but it's cool just wish I knew certain ones didn't apply.

I walked in the store and was not greeted right away and then it took the store manager walking in from outside the store when there was associate on her phone behind the cash wrap.. then she still didn’t give me great service as I picked out what I wanted

I purchased two items online in July that I tried to return the associates said Pandora only have a 30 day return.
