This review combines visits to two stores to find the items we wanted. We first went to an outlet store in Pooler, GA where they didn't even know what we were asking for. It was a new item, they didn't have it in the store. I had to show it on my cellphone. Even in outlet stores, staff should know what the newest items are. At the store where we purchased, the wait outside the store was long. They should have a place to sit, and maybe numbers so lines don't form both sides of the doors. I realize only allowing in five at a time is for social distancing, but when the customers are all lined up at the counter, they are not six feet apart...

We waited in line outside the store for over an hour (without any idea if the items we were hoping to get were still in stock). Luckily, we found what we were looking for but the wait was a little long.

There were NO purple charms in the store, and only a 6 pink charms. Not a busy day - 2 customers ahead of me, and no one else. All other Pandora stores I've visited have trays of charms organized by color. I was hopeful to fill a bracelet (approximately 7 charms), as I had 3 Pandora Charm bracelets stolen in Customs on a recent trip to Mexico. Definitely not MY Pandora store of preference.

My experience compared to other Pandora locations was very good. I was able to browse the store without a commitment to buy something in order to look around. Most counters with everything to view were covered by people trying on items so the ease of browsing was hard trying to look over shoulders to see the jewelry. If your entire display was viewable from the window, I think many more people would buy more items. It was busy so I had to wait a while to be helped but it was understandable. I ended up making 2 random purchases because I was actually able to look around as other Pandora locations ask if you're going to make a guaranteed purchase before you can even shop. Service by the associate was good as well, she was pleasant and knowledgable.

They was great it was clean they was fast

I been to a lot pandora and it seem like it all the money I spent lots of money in this store they tell u what chemicals were hurt a Pandora product.Because I had a problem and they said it was my fault and I want another Pandora and they help me out so with that being said it’s OK I can put it in between at eight

The three visits to the stores, where good , and the assistance where good and the different locations, where great

Overall experience was very good! Just a little too pricey for me!
