Representative that assisted me was helpful but cautious upon my entering the store. The second clerk kept interrupting my purchase by looking in the drawer for something and we had to move to another counter. The overall experience was just okay. They both seem cautious as if I was there to observe and not purchase something. I did spend over $200. It is the only store within 60 miles of where I live so I will visit again.

There was no music playing in the store. Plus the store didn’t have some of the items I was looking for. I don’t leave in this area I was only visiting.

The store was over crowded and the selection was bleak. I have shopped at Pandora since the pandemic, I went to the Tanger Outlet store and they took measurable precautions. I would much rather wait outside the store until my turn to be serviced, rather wait in a crowded store that had no rhyme or reason to the wait/service system, pretty much a free for all

The reason, I wasn't highly satisfied was the staff didn't seem to friendly or anxious to sell anything, I have a larger size wrist(8.1) , so I needed assistance with options , one of my bracelets had to be ordered. I was given a catalog to look in, which I just prefer to point to what I like in the case. The store also seemed disorganized, the customer service warmed up at the end once , I made two purchases one online via the store and once in store. I also visited the tanger outlet location in Savannah/ pooler location on June 30th and same bad customer service not eager to sell anything, if they don't have your size , they don't care.

The customer service was great once she got to us. It is never enough associates working. It took longer than usual because the associates had to share books amongst each other and not to mention the books were not being wiped down while we had to share them.

well it was one employee waiting on one customer when I went in. It took her for ever about 20min with him as she was finishing up another employee walked out the back and ask me and husband can she help us. The whole time she was working with me she never smiled at all.
