Make me feel welcome when entering the store

I’m not sure I really like the lock I purchased

I waited in line for 2 hours and a half. Pandora had the longest line in the mall. I know it’s because of the pandemic, but that’s still ridiculous. I won’t be shopping in the stores for a while probably until things get back to normal.

Nothing was in stock didn’t have much to choose from that every time I go into pandora

Very satisfied... no complaints

It is difficult to see the charms in the case under the lights. The associate acted like she did not hear me ask her to take them out of the case. When I was preparing to leave she got a tray and took several out.

I always look on line before I go, so I don’t have to when I get there it’s quick. I had planed on buying two from a list of three. They did not have any of the three. So I had to look for another.

Long wait time for assistance

There are no complaints. The service provided was superb. The sales associate was very knowledgeable of the jewelry and very helpful.
