first time buyer very satisfied

Not enough to chose from, out of merchandise.

The merchandise was very limited. The purpose of my visit was for a birthday gift. None of the items that i had in mind were stocked in the store. So I just settled for the sister charm. There was not enough time for me to travel to the outlet.

The store was crowded and there were only 2 people working. The wait was long but I waited patiently and was satisfied with my sales rep once she got to me.

My wife is a frequent flyer here and when she finds something to her liking she’ll take a pic and I come. When o come show the reps a pic or describe what I’m looking for they get it and I’m out. No headaches or worries about if she’ll like it or not

Some items online not in store. Others looks much better or different in person. But still purchased something I liked.

Was satisfied, workers needs to be more friendly..

I was not satisfied because the store was extremely busy with only two workers inside of the store while only one worker was doing their job and the other was busy playing with her Apple Watch. When she finally did decide to assist me I felt very rushed through the whole process. I’m spending a good amount of money for my first time with Pandora so I felt the need of a better experience of customer service.

It was fine. What i was looking for y’all don’t make.

Limitation of available stock: 1. Alphabet stock low/common letters not available 2. No charms for occupations, hobbies, limited Disney stock
