The sales rep didn’t know if they had what I was looking for & when she finally found the bracelet she didn’t know if they had different sizes in stock.

Upon my arrival, the associate wasn't the friendliest. I assume, he thought we were wasting his time and wasn't going to purchase anything. As soon as he knew we were serious about our purchase, his demeanor towards us changed. He became very friendly. He became one of my favorite salesmen, he knew the products very well and gave me some great information about the products. He will be the reason why I would travel an hour to come to the Savannah store. Overall I was pleased.

Customer service

I was highly satisfied, there wasn’t a realissue. The sales associate was really helpful and patient, when it came to me picking out the charms I wanted to purchase.

I think the pricing is rather high compared to the item I was buying. If it was not what my wife wanted I would have passed on the purchase.

I usually have to wait for assistance when I arrive.

Some items are a little costly.

There wasn't anything particularly wrong, but there wasn't anything particularly exciting about this visit. I was visiting the city. When I returned home and put the piece on my bracelet, it was not secure. I had to exchange it at a store in my hometown.

The first sales associate that I worked with did not offer many suggestions when I explained to her what type of lice i was looking for..she would only show me 1 piece from the Disney princess collection when I asked, instead of letting me know what all was available. The second sales person was more helpful and the process sped up once she came to assist us.
