I didn't really have to have a lot of interaction with the sales associates. I know what I wanted when I went in and they were kinda busy with people purchasing more items

Sakes staff was slow, snippy & condescending. Implying that I couldn’t afford the product I asked about because it wasn’t on sale. When I corrected her , she just gave me a sour look and moved to another customer.

My bracelet continues to tarnish including this visit this was the third time in a year I have had It cleaned in store… I have previously been unable to wear my bracelet on a regular due to it tarnish… When purchased I was told To keep in the white pouch I was given which I did … now I told by sales clerk to keep in zip lock bag .. My husband purchased a year ago as a gift .. he purchased new charms last week as anniversary gift … I really didn’t want him to purchase anything.. but after it was cleaned he is hopeful it will not change colors since we are keeping in zip lock bag … For the amount of money originally spent and amount spent last week I has not been pleased!!!!

The lady that help me was very not friendly, I asked to see charms and she literally was bothered by me so I just got one thing and left Most the time the ladies working there are nice

Tawanda didn’t seem to be pleased to be there. Not quite sure rather it was us or just a bad day. However, customer service clearly wasn’t her focus and you could clearly see that she didn’t have a pleasant moment throughout the transaction. I wanted to leave many times but didn’t want to upset my wife and sister.
