the representative was very rude and gave me attitude, i was trying to be nice even through i was being treated like that. and i got treated poorly after waiting in line for 45 mins

Sales person was unprofessional and very unhelpful. I needed my bracelet repaired or replaced and she refused. I have over $3500 in charms, bracelets & necklaces. Shocked they refused to help me!

I have a heart clasp and was not able to get it opened. It stopped opening 2 days prior, and no one at the store was able to get it open. I had to lotion my hand to squeeze it off. I want my money back so I can buy another one with a different clasp.

The customer service at this store is not like the one in Tanger Outlet in Pooler Georgia. The staff is much friendly and helpful.

The sales associate was really rude. The earrings I wanted were labeled as $80 when online and in store the week prior they were $60. I tried telling them that I had just saw them for $60 and the SA was very short and snippy with me. When it turned out that I was RIGHT about the earrings being labeled incorrectly I got a smirk and an eye roll from the SA. Not pleased since I was so excited for my first “high end” pair of earrings!

Associate was helpful but overcharged me. After returning home, I realized I was charged for a charm I did not physically have, or intend to purchase.

They customer server is terrible someone walk in they stare at you lik ur not supposed to be comming in the there u ask a question they act lik u giving them a had time the store it self is fine very clean but u need a whole new staff because they not gon do it for me Id rather drive 30+ min to a different pandora to get better a experience

I ask sales associate to try on a bracelet & we were discussing charms. She direct me to a show case after making transactions she accuse me of trying to walk out w/ bracelet that u have to give to me & put on. At this point I thought she rung everything up. I’m a very loyal customer don’t ever accuse me of STEALING!
