When I first walked in the store there were two associates who didn’t say anything or greet me as I walked over to the merchandise display. Then after I spoke one young lady proceeded to assist me. The associates did not have a very good attitude as almost if they did not feel like I deserved their effort. When my transaction was over the associate just handed the bag over to me and said “here you go”. I was very surprised to have this kind of encounter at Pandora because I shop here often and I have never been this dissatisfied. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

Shaniyah customer service skills need to be worked on.she acted like she had a problem with serving me and like she was in a rush to get me out the store.

From the moment my friend and I walked into the establishment, the sales associate seemed to have attitude about herself. She was rude and did not offer the typical attitude and atmosphere that I’m accustomed to when visiting any Pandora location. My bracelet was also dirty and she almost disgusted by how it looked and did not hide her personal emotions about it, saying “why does it look like that.” It was said very loudly for other customers to hear and I get embarrassed.

I was exchanging a gift. She needed the person's email or telephone number. It was a duplicate charm that was given from several co-workers.

First time customer!! The employee seemed to be annoyed because I was undecided on what I wanted. Since I wore it home i didn't get a bag or box to put it in . No care instructions or anything

The sales associate helping me was extremely rude she had an attitude and acted as if she did not want to help me. When I told her I needed to be sized she just tossed a random ring in my hand without even telling me what the size of it was.

I had a bracelet and 9charms cleaned one of my charms was damaged as in the stones fell out I was not aware until I took my bracelet off and saw the difference in the stones leaving a hole in the charm

My friend and I walked in the store no one greeted us they all just looked and kept doing whatever they were doing. One associate had just finish helping her customer and then walked in her friend into the store, so she act like she didn’t see us so that she could help her friend instead of us who was actually next. The associate that we ended up helping us seem like she didn’t really want to help us or be bother with helping us find what we were looking for. So I decided to get something quick just to get out of that unfriendly environment
