Because it was my first time in the store so I was asking about different thing and the same person act like she did not know what she was doing.

The sales associate was rude. She spoke very low and in a store full of people it was hard to hear. My card was not working and she seemed aggravated when I tried to call customer services. Then she handed me my bag and walked off.

I felt highly unwelcome in the Savannah store when buying a gift to a friend. Staff member seemed not knowledgeable of products and restricted my movements in the store, even though there was no other customer around to require social distancing. Salesperson keep holding the products tight with her making me feel that she was afraid I was gonna steal something. Even when I was paying $107 for the gift, I felt uncomfortable being obligated to leave my personal information with them. I was not allowed to buy anything without leaving my name and email address in that awful store... Terrible experience!!!! I left the store asking my husband and kids- don’t get me gifts from that store, never!

Asked the salesperson About a particular charm. She replied we are sold out and they are sold out online. When I asked her if she could help me with Another charm, she replied “no I do t have anything else “

The Associate was very rude when I first came into the store. I don’t feel like I have to purchase something in order to look in the store.

I understand the way we have to live now but the poor customer service the attitude and the sense of the employee of get out of the store was not pleasant at all, I bought my merchandise here bc the next store is too far, but I will do that next time.

Sales associates were engaged in social conversation among themselves. Whenever I asked for a specific charm, each time, they had to search for it in a container of 100 or more, that took them at least 15-20 mins (and I counted). No energy, enthusiasm about serving and trying to accommodate the likes of the customer.

I believe this survey is for the Pandora at Oglethorpe Mall. The woman who waited on us seemed so disinterested in her job. She didn’t place the earrings we bought on a tray but bunched up in a fist she presented to us. It just felt so unprofessional. Had it not been that my mom really wanted those earrings we would’ve left. The first pair she showed us in her presented fist had bent posts. Making me wonder had they been previously worn. The Pandora in Savannah at Oglethorpe Mall isn’t meeting with the standard I’ve come to expect from Pandora.

The sales associate acted as if she didn't have any of the product that I asked for but was pulling things from a bottom tray. I also asked about a particular bangel and she started it was the last on and that they could not sell it. After which when asked to see another charm there was another sitting on the tray. WiLL NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN...
