Lack of merchandise for males. Items are over price. Little to no customer appreciation for long time customers. Non negotiable or reasonable accommodation after purchasing over two or three hundred dollars worth of items. Corporate does not take heed to surveys or responds to them.

I was at the store to exchange the size of my bracelet. The “sales lead” Jordan said I had the right size. I understand for measurement purposes the size I got could be ok for my wrist size however I am buying the bracelet for myself and if it’s uncomfortable I should change it without any more feedback once I said “I know but I want a bigger size”....this is my 4th Pandora bracelet, I don’t need her to tell me what size I need to get. This is the one annoying thing about shopping Pandora in store.I’d much rather shop online. Jordan did not give great customer service after that. She pointed to the tablet for me to enter my email but didn’t say anything. She snatched my bracelet and got the right size. How she is a sales lead I don’t know but will not shop in stores. No one should be that snobby, especially if you work somewhere where you don’t need a college degree.

They were very unorganized!!!! Every thing that I wanted online they couldn’t locate and said it was out of stock or didn’t take the time to look

The sales associates in this store acted like it was a bother to help me and answer my questions and made me feel like they just wanted to get me out as soon as possible. I felt very unwelcome and they was flat out rude.

The service was horrible. Wasn't aware of waiting list during Black Friday sale so the sales associate who greeted us just allowed others so get ahead of us until we asked why was we having to still wait when we've. even there for 15 minutes.

The sales associate darlexus was rude told me I can bring the item back and when I did she say pandora doesn’t take returns and sent me to the Pooler location. the in charge in pandora of Pooler was a. Big help she wasn’t supposed to do the return cause it wasn’t purchased at that store but she did?

There wasn't much of a selection out for easy viewing. I was given a book to look thru and 10 out of 12 I picked out were unavailable.

The sales associate did not listen to my request. I went to purchase a starter Pandora bracelet for my daughter and realized after I left the store she only rung up the charms and not the bracelet so I have to return for the bracelet.

The past four visits I have been trying to do the online survey and it does not work so I was not able to get the $10 discount and I called customer service and they put me on hold and never came back to the phone
