The server was so rude. She didn’t say anything when we went in the store. And i asked about product she didn’t even say or explain at all. She did look like she didn’t want to work It was my birthday and she ruined my mood I won’t recommended that pandora store at all to my friends or family

Sales associate especially with the blonde hair was picking out her friends and putting them ahead of the line. It was already a hour wait time and the store was u ale to accept cash. Sales associate waa rushing you and there was no time to lookfir what yiu wanted. I will be selling my bracelet, daughters too and done with pandora in oglethorpe mall Savannah Georgia.

Extremely poor customer service, the young lady that was helping us had no desire nor will to help us. She had an attitude.

My bracelet came in damaged and now y'all do not have it no more and that was gife for my daughter and her birthday is Friday and now I don't have nothing for her birthday I am very disappointed and unhappy about this

One of my free bangles from the mothers day promotion came apart when it arrived in the mail. I went to the store and they did not have any more. I called customer service and they said they did not have anymore either. I am a YouTube influencer. I am very disappointed. I will be sharing this bad experience on YouTube and online everywhere. I’d rather continue to spend my money elsewhere associates acted as if we were getting on their nerves they had little to know knowledge of the products I wanted to purchase over all experience was terrible never again

The lady that worked on putting on the charm and bracelet on my granddaughters arm was nice except she had long nice nails and struggled with putting the bracelet and the charm on it. I said are you sure this is secure. She said yes well by the time we went through the mall and went to the car the charm had already came off. The bracelet we have but the charm was off . So we just purchased a charm for nothing. She was very upset that the charm came off somewhere in the mall. I love pandora and this is the first time this has ever happened.

The staff did not greet the customers coming in the store nor did they ask did you need any help. I waited almost 10 minutes for a sales associate to even acknowledge me. Instead of apologizing or being sympathetic for me waiting the associate gestured for me to come to her with a finger. I felt like that was highly unprofessional. I asked for a specific piece and the sales associate asked did I like any that were on display. She acted like I was bothering her and did not want to talk to me or even give me any advice.

The sale associate & manager was rude. I did not have pleasant experience. I felt like I was in a courtroom & n trial. The manager repeated accused me of exchanging my daughters bracelet and was combative and unprofessional. Could not believe she was a manager.

Sales associate was not friendly and wanted me to choose my charm from the catalog instead of having to pull out the trays . I could have picked one out at home from a catalog but I drove 1 1/2 hours just to pick one in person for Special gift. She did pull them out but was obviously not happy!! I will never go back to this store again!!!! I will search out another one.!!!!!
